This appointment is exclusively reserved for you, please give us 24hours notice in other for you not to forfeit your payment. If cancelled within 24 hours or No shows, clients will forfeit the full amount paid for the service. We will be glad to get you rescheduled if proper notice is provided. 

Late Arrivals
Late  arrival may shorten or result in cancellation of appointment if another  persons appointment follow yours. The provider will determine if  there will be enough time to provide  your service. Please be respectful  to other clients time.
